Andrew is Vice President of Policy and Government Affairs at Energy Storage Canada, where he leads the organization’s policy development and government relations activities across federal and provincial jurisdictions. With more than a decade of experience in the energy and environmental sectors, he brings deep expertise in electricity market policy, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining ESC, Andrew held roles with Bruce Power, the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, and the Government of Ontario, where he worked on energy, climate, and economic policy initiatives. Through his work at ESC, he supports the development of market and regulatory frameworks that enable energy storage deployment and strengthen Canada’s electricity system.
Andrew holds a Master of Public Policy and Public Affairs from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto.
